The Full Body Guide

Updated: Jun 13, 2025

Full bodies, jumpers, one-pieces. We all call them something different, but there's no denying the convenience and comfort that may come with owning one. Whether you're running errands, meeting up for dinner, or just want cute pictures, full bodies are a definite easy go-to for a put-together look with very little effort.

The Bike Suit 2.0 from FromGrayScale is the perfect full body for a night out. From the full leather fabric to the symmetrical black paneling, it offers one of my favorite essences in fashion: sleekness. Slipping into this just screams power and control; something all the girls need to feed their main character complexes.

When styling the Bike Suit, the flared bottoms make platforms one of the most flattering options for a gorgeous heel peek-through, not to mention extra height just adds to the badass vibes.

For a more risque look, try out the CC Mesh Catsuit from Chidozie. Made with full mesh fabric from head to toe, Chidozie paradoxically offers a unified take on such an exposed piece. While most companies have attempted the mesh trend, they haven't quite grasped it like Chidozie; who's Chapter 1 collection is full of "one size fits all" fishnet pieces and truly does. Rather than micro netting, they offer open fishnets reminiscent of the fishnet tights worn underskirts I was a bit too young for back in 2007.

The great thing about this suit is the manipulation--they're fishnets, so to hell if you rip it. While influencer @valvsval wears her ripped suit off the shoulder, it is actually a simple scoop neck as seen on site. While I would definitely wear this to the club with no hesitation, I see how the thin fabric could make many self-conscious. So, if the club scene isn't for you, wear it on an intimate night with your other half. It's so flattering, they'll be glad you did.

If it's one of those full days where you need a good day-to-night look, try the Sóma Tis Paralía collection in the color Iris or Theia by Paralía Swim. The stretch in this buttery fabric offers a great first layer for long faux furs or a patterned shacket. But when the night comes, you can take it all off for the extreme low back and side boob to show.

The stirrups at the ankle make for a multitude of shoes a great pairing with this look, however, low-top sneakers should be kept at home.

While Iris is great for a memorable night, the Theia is the one I'd go for simply for the sleekness. Both are exquisite for a multipurpose day.

If you love the Chidozie catsuit but only want to spend half the money or want more color options, go for the Skims Velvet Stirrup Onesie by Skims. With mesh overlayed with soft velvet paneling engrained in the shape of the notable logo, Skims make sacrificing sexy for comfortable unnecessary with this skin-tight silhouette.

Skims offers this piece in a range of nudes, giving a barely-there effect with full coverage fierce enough for a night outside with your girls.

Pairing this with a good bootie is the way to go for all occasions.

Moving on from club apparel, the queen of basics, Raven Tracy offers her latest take on comfort with the Camp Cargo Jumpsuit that's perfect for literally what the name says: camping. Realistically, most of us won't be camping in it at all, because it's far too great for that. But we will be doing everything in between, from errands to spa days, to lunch dates. This is the perfect full-body for everything and able to be worn with anything.

With Rick Owens like Raven or even good boot, this look is good with no layering at all.

But of course, with all February weather considered, I'd suggest a cropped jacket with lots of shoulder warmth--perhaps a faux fur or a deep padded puffer. Keep it cropped or high enough to show off the staple of every BodyByRavenTracy piece: the hot body logo.

Much like the Camp Cargo piece, this Skull Uzip piece from Tordrobes carries the heart of what is so lovable about full bodies: their convenience. With a denim and ribbed fabric blend, the girls can do anything in this. Not to mention the sexy zipper from crack to chest makes for a statement no one can forget.

While I'm usually anti-sneaker outside of the gym, I'd actually prefer a good high top with this full body. Something about the washed black denim makes it so perfect for streetwear that you have to! But a black crocodile heel would look fabulous too.

The open back makes this a sexy spring/summer throw-on.

For a cold-weather adjustment, opt for an oversized flannel + aviator jacket combo. It never fails.

From daily activities to a night full of memories, a good full body is always good to have. Try one of these and let me know how you like them.
